Mr. Torrone joined the law firm of Logan & Lowry, LLP as an associate attorney in 2007. He became a partner of the firm in 2013. Mr. Torrone practices in numerous legal areas, including, Rural Electric Cooperative, Telecommunications, Healthcare, Tribal, and Civil and Commercial Litigation.
Mr. Torrone’s experience as a healthcare attorney includes structuring complex provider networks and relationships between physicians and various providers, e.g. Hospitals, Home Health and Hospice Agencies. In addition, Mr. Torrone provides healthcare clients training and advice regarding federal regulatory compliance. Mr. Torrone serves as general counsel for Northeast Oklahoma Electric Cooperative, Inc. located in Vinita, Oklahoma. This representation has required negotiation of Wholesale Power Purchase Agreements, knowledge of Board relations, and related tasks. He also represents telecommunications companies and broadband providers requiring expertise in the area of corporate transactions and federal and state licensing.
With regard to commercial and civil litigation, Mr. Torrone has represented corporations and individuals in a broad array of matters, including lawsuits involving negligent injury to telecommunications facilities, breach of contract disputes, and trespass and nuisance claims arising from environmental contamination.
